well, my MP120 is really gone this time, i think.
after the backlight mod failing, then getting chronic,
severe and non-twist-fixable cases of the screen
tracking the pen input incorrectly, my MP120 finally
just gave up the ghost last night. it shut down and
won't restart.
so, i think i need to send it back to apple and get it
serviced.
what's the best place to start? of course i know
1-800-SOS-APPLE is the general service phone number,
but do those who've had to get Newton service have any
tips or advice?
