No.
This is feature also implemented on Options by SBM (I think) and other
softwares. The system in standard remembers the last 10 words recognized.
In such a case, when you type it, it offers the recognized words and
sometimes the strokes. (there are special conditions for the strokes to be
remembered). When the words correct info (as it is called) is not
remembered, it shows spell checker alternatives.

The label "Max # of ink wds" relates to the fact that most of the time you
have the strokes with the correct info. But the correct label would be:
maximum number of correct information records. Sure, it doesn't fit the
dialog width.
