LocalTalk on Basilisk II: no.

EtherTalk on Basilisk II: yes. However, I have had interesting results on
my Linux systems: one works, one does not. The one that does not is
running a very stripped kernel, so there is something missing. I am in the
process of figuring out what. The one that does work, backup and sync over
Ethernet works fine.

If you are running on a Windows system, one thing you can do is grab the
serial57600 package from the Unix NPI set and edit the registry keys to set
NCU's connect speed to 57600. That works. Windows NCU will crash if you
try to set its speed higher, though.
