However, it would need to correctly handle all repeating dates and provide a
full sync function. Repeating dates are probably my number one concern.
90% of all my date entries are repeating.. I guess I'm a very predicable
person :o)

BTW I haven't been using your notes sync because I don't use Outlook.
And just for notes it doesn't make sense to start. Trying to sync repeating
dates in Outlook is completely useless right now. However, for a full sync
I'd be more than willing to make the switch.
