I have but the folks that developed it no longer Support the software so I doubt you can get a registration code to work with your Newt. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyway, I dumped Net Hopper and WebXpress (unsupported) for Newts Cape (actively supported) which does what you need and much more.
