Probably, but not for long.
In a 110/120/130 you can recharge NiCd batteries in the Newton itself.
You just have to put a piece of cardboard in the middle of the battery
compartment where you'll see a small button (as long as this button is
depressed your Newton knows that there are rechargeable batteries aboard)
