My opinion is that these should stay in NewtonMAD. Also, packages originally released commercial, but permission given by the author to be released freely, should stay. For instance, I personally received authorization from Michael V. Fadeev of Paragon for the public use of VideoPhone. In fact, they no longer have the source to this package (lost in a hard drive crash is what he said), and thus Paragon doesn't care at all. Obviously the author has the right to make this decision, so ask nicely. :)
