It happened to me once and I had to do a hard reset and restore. I had an immediate back up though;-). I always do that when I install any packages that alters or patch the Newton OS. In all fairness to Paul, alt.rec... is tricky stuff. BTW Paul, I had problems with the latest version. It refuses to install, throwing me an error when package is loading.
Anyone installed it successfully?
