In the 2/10/2000 version of INfo-Newt there is a bunch of info that I
originally posted to csnm about the recent ICQ client efforts.

Update to that: I have recieved a test version of Eric Schenck's Jabber
client. It's not quite ready for primetime yet, and isn't available for
public release yet (so DON'T bug me) but the interface is nice and sending
messages between Jabber users works. However, the Jabber server doesn't
yet support ICQ and AIM, so until that support is implemented (apparently
they are almost done) you can only send messages to other Jabber users.
