Hello fello Newtoneers,
I just got my hands on a Hayes Optima 33.6k fax modem with XJACK connection.
Does anyone know where I can download a .pkg for this modem for use on my
MP130? Or if not available, what modem type should I choose to get up and
running? I don't
think the built in default Apple Modem selection will do much for me (and my
only other option is the built in USR Sportster selection that came with my
Newton.)
Also, I am ready to do some browsing. I have been reading up on this Newt's
Cape product and it looks like that is what I need. I am a bit confused with
which version I should get. What version should I get if I have an MP 130
with OS2.0??
Should I get version 1.5a or 1.5N or 1.5-2?? I need some guidance!!
