Count me in. (It's either this, or spend the $189 and send it to Apple.)

Difficult to say...$100-$150? (I suppose it would depend on improvements to the original. Would there be longer life? Better brightness? Less power consumption? A different color?) But if it will keep my MessagePad useful for another few years, I think it'd be worth a considerable investment. Without a suitable replacement PDA in site, I think many others would feel the same.
