I tried NewtNotes for a months. It is a good program. Unfortunately I
have
to use Latex and Bibtex for my thesis. Anyway, if you are using M$ Words
with EndNotes, then I will recommend it.

The problem with exporting/importing is that if your field names are
different between EndNotes and Newtones, then it can't import/export
that
particular record, and will quit importing/exporting.
