NTLK Leverage 3/Y2K?

HOW

Hello,

Using Leverage 3, I exported a database from my MP 2100 to my iMac where I
stored it for safekeeping. When I imported it back to the Newt, It arrived
with all the data intact (including tables, queries, etc.) but all the dates
were screwy.

I entered the dates in this format:

6/2/1978

which Leverage turned to:

6/2/78 when I closed the field.

I also entered some from this year as:

1/16/2000

Which Leverage turned into

1/16/00.

BUT, Leverage still recognized this last one as a "2000" date until I
imported it back and then it seemed to read it as a "1900" date.

Is there a workaround other than reentering each date field, which works but
is time consuming.

Any suggestions?
