I have PKGs for 38.4, 57.6, 115.2 and 230.4 KBps (by Richard C.L. Li, 1997) on
my Newt, as well as the registry patch know-how for WinNT to match these
speeds.
NCU, though, won't configure a serial port here to more than 38.4, but
runs with 57.6 if you patch the port in the registry before. Sadly, this doesn't
work here with 115.2 or 230.4; NCU just stalls or crashes then.
Do you mean another method or software combination?
