Hi all,
I finally found an equivalent to ResCompare for Windows and I am
therefore able to distribute the 710031 installer for Windows.
I used Compare2Crack 0.5
(ftp://ftp.bke.hu/pub/mirrors/sac/utilfile/c2c_005.zip) and
Crack2Exe486 2
(ftp://ftp.bke.hu/pub/mirrors/sac/utilfile/c2e486_2.zip) which does
not seem to have been written for legal softwares. (Found them
searching for Binary File Compare on Metacrawler).
Anyway, while I was at it, I updated the documentation (for both
versions). The new packages can be found here:

BTW, I finally take an additional ten days of vacation. Will be back
