I do not know of a direct Hebrew HWR for the Newton, but Prism Research
offers a Hebrew font that is quite nice, along with several other oddball
fonts:

American Sign Language, Astrology, Cairo, Calligraphy, Cherokee, Cirth
(J.R.R. Tolkien), Cyrillic, Elvish (J.R.R. Tolkien), Gallaudet Sign
Language, German Runes, Egyptian Glyphs, Hebrew, Klingon, Kroebern (old
German script), Lothlorien (J.R.R. Tolkien), Rivendell (J.R.R. Tolkien),
Symbol, and Tengwar-Gandalf (J.R.R. Tolkien)
